- We are seeking a Branch Coordinator to oversee security operations, drive business growth, and manage client relationships within Abeokuta branch. The role ensures efficient service delivery, strict regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and emergency response plans.
- Oversee patrol supervisors and field personnel, ensuring location targets are met and guards maintain proper appearance and discipline.
- Coordinate security operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all assigned locations.
- Liaise with internal teams on risk assessments, recruitment, and the management of client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure proper documentation of all security guards and maintain accurate operational records.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports and carry out additional assignments as required.

Requirements:
& Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in security operations, business development, or branch leadership (experience in the security services industry is an advantage).
- Proven track record in managing teams, multi-site operations, and securing or supporting contracts.
- Strong knowledge of security services, contracts, and service delivery standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
