Bottling Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities: To ensure the bottling machine is available and working effectively: - Grip of bottles – this is to avoid leakages during filling; check the seals and replace as necessary. - Adequate pressure – ensure constant air pressure is maintained. - Ensure the drive motor is in good working condition, i.e., check gearbox, oil/grease as necessary. - Ensure the filling lines are clean. - Ensure washing and capping machines are in good working conditions. - Ensure filling levers are properly adjusted. - Ensure the bottling machine area is clean. - Ensure proper synchronization of the filling and capping machines. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with years of work experience.
