About the Role

Above Lifestyle is recruiting a Bottle Girl (Bottle Server) to provide personalized service to VIP guests in our nightclub and lounge environment. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring an exclusive, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our most valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere with personalized attention throughout their visit
• Present and serve bottles of alcohol, mixers, and other beverages directly at tables
• Participate in celebratory rituals such as bottle presentations to enhance the guest experience
• Recommend premium bottles, add-ons, and special promotions to increase sales and elevate the overall experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain clean and organized table areas throughout service
• Process payments, including cash and card transactions, while maintaining accurate sales records
• Adhere to alcohol service laws and regulations, including age verification and responsible service practices

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in bottle service or hospitality roles

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
• Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy items
• Familiarity with alcoholic beverages, mixers, and menu offerings to make informed recommendations
