An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary - We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. - The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong organizational and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities - Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. - Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals. - Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and cash flow statements. - Monitor petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses. - Support with payroll preparation and statutory remittances. - Assist the accountant or finance manager during audits and financial reviews. - Ensure all financial data is organized and easily accessible. Requirements - OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. - Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent time management and communication skills. - Candidates must reside within or close to Mushin Check how your CV aligns with this job
