Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons aligned with the approved curriculum
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions safely and effectively
• Assess, record, and report learners' academic progress accurately
• Prepare learners for internal and external examinations
• Maintain a safe, positive, and well-managed learning environment
• Support learners of varying abilities through appropriate teaching strategies
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities
• Adhere to school policies, safeguarding guidelines, and professional ethics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field
• Relevant teaching qualification and classroom experience
• Good laboratory management and safety awareness
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
