Role Overview

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, sharing expert beauty advice, and helping customers discover the right products for their needs. You'll combine product knowledge, selling skills, and genuine enthusiasm for beauty to drive sales and represent our brand with pride.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, and beauty products
• Demonstrate product application techniques, including skincare routines and makeup tutorials
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all brands and categories
• Ensure product displays, shelves, and testers are clean, attractive, and fully stocked
• Assist with in-store promotions, product launches, and live demonstrations
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally, escalating when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum OND qualification
• 1–3 years' experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or related role
• Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance at all times
• Good understanding of customer service and sales techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision
