Beach Master

Key Responsibilities: - The successful candidate will be required to manage and supervise all aspects of the jetty and harbor interface, including but not limited to: Coordinating the safe arrival, berthing, and departure of all vessels (tugs, PSVs, barges, etc.).  - Logistics Scheduling - Ensuring strict adherence to all HSE procedures, local port regulations, and international maritime standards (STCW, ISM). - Supervising the safe loading, offloading, and staging of all cargo and spares. - Liaising with vessel Masters, Port /Jetty Authorities, and internal departments  Essential Qualifications  - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a marine, port, or jetty supervisory/management role (e.g., Beach Master, Harbour Master, or similar supervisory capacity).  - Chief Mate/Master Certificate of Competency (or equivalent) is highly preferred, along with mandatory STCW certification. - Proven proficiency in ship handling/maneuvering principles
