Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare the plant for operations at the beginning of the day and perform shutdown procedures at the end of the day
• Maintain proper raw material levels and order as needed
• Conduct daily inspection of facilities and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
• Ensure that all company safety regulations and policies are consistently followed

Required Qualifications

• OND/HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Batching Plant Operator
• Knowledge of plant operation, maintenance, and electrical systems
• Thorough understanding of the concrete manufacturing process
