About the Role

Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Bartender in Lagos, Nigeria.

Functional Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess beverage preferences through active listening and observation
• Make beverage recommendations and take drink orders accurately
• Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and special offerings
• Select and mix ingredients according to recipes, garnish glasses, and serve beverages
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal age compliance for alcohol purchases
• Develop new cocktail recipes and contribute to menu innovation
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy
• Balance cash registers and ensure correct change is returned to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of work and dining areas by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
• Complete other assigned duties as required

Requirements

• Holder of OND, HND qualification, or B.Sc Degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a similar bartending position in a hotel environment
