A reputable hospitality business in Surulere is seeking a neat, energetic, and service-focused Barman/Barmaid to join their team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve drinks, attend to customers with professionalism, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Welcome and attend to customers politely and professionally
• Take and process drink orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Handle payments and balance sales records
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages for replenishment
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support general lounge and restaurant service as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum SSCE qualification
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, honest, and well-presented demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

Preferred Experience

• Basic knowledge of drink mixing (cocktails, mocktails)
• Previous bar or hospitality experience
