Role Summary - We are looking for a barman who is responsible for providing excellent beverage service, creating memorable guest experiences, and ensuring efficient bar operations. - The ideal candidate must be personable, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and able to craft both classic and contemporary drinks while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. - Greet customers warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when needed. - Ensure the bar is fully stocked with spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies at all times. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Manage cash, process payments, and issue receipts accurately. - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service. - Maintain inventory levels and report shortages or needs to management. - Create a positive atmosphere by engaging customers professionally. - Handle customer complaints or issues courteously and promptly. - Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols. Requirements - Minimum of SSCE; hospitality training is an advantage. - Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist. - Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Good numeracy skills and basic cash-handling experience. - Must be well-groomed, punctual, and reliable. - Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
