Barista

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. - The ideal candidate must have strong coffeemaking skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering consistent quality. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks. - Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages. - Operate coffee machines and equipment properly and safely. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment. - Recommend beverages to guests and provide excellent customer service. - Monitor stock levels of coffee supplies and report shortages. - Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. - Assist in developing new beverage ideas where required. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Barista in a reputable hotel, café, or restaurant. - Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment handling. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency. - Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices. - Barista training certification is an added advantage.
