Bar Attendant

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: - We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Mixologist (Bar attendant). This position is open to candidates who have or may not have prior experience but are eager to learn. You will receive hands-on training in drink preparation, customer service, and general bar operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area. - Restock bar supplies and ensure consistency in drink presentation. - Attend to guests politely and provide excellent customer service. - Learn and follow standard recipes and hotel procedures. - Support daily bar operations and assist with inventory management. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: - Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification. - Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - A neat and professional appearance. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Basic knowledge of beverages is an added advantage but not required.
