Bakery Assistant

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are seeking hardworking and reliable Bakery Assistants to support daily baking and production activities. - The ideal candidate will assist bakers in preparing, baking, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery while following hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparation of baking ingredients and dough - Support baking, packaging, and labeling of bakery products - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area - Follow food safety and hygiene standards - Assist with cleaning of equipment and work surfaces - Support inventory handling and storage of raw materials - Carry out other bakery-related tasks as assigned Requirements: & Qualifications - Minimum of FSLC / SSCE - Previous bakery or food production experience (an advantage, not compulsory) - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Physically fit and able to stand for long periods - Willingness to work early mornings and shifts - Honest, punctual, and hardworking Added Advantage: - Experience in bread, pastry, or confectionery production - Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
