A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Summary - The Baker will prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked foods. Duties / Responsibilities - Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes. - Bake pastries, pies, bread, and other baked products. - Decorate and finish baked goods as required (e.g., icing, glazing, garnishing). - Monitor baking processes and make adjustments when necessary. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. - Ensure consistent product quality and presentation. - Experiment with and develop new recipes to meet customer preferences. Requirements - Candidates should possess an OND qualification. - 1 year proven experience as a baker. - Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards. - Ability to follow recipes precisely and also create new ones. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment. - Creativity and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
