About the Role

We are seeking a skilled cake baker and decorator to join our team. You will be responsible for baking and decorating cakes to meet our high standards, while maintaining our kitchen and workspace to the highest hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Bake cakes according to company recipes and specifications
• Decorate cakes to meet our quality standards
• Prepare various types of frosting, including whipped cream, buttercream, and fondant
• Write designs and text beautifully on cakes
• Create various decorative designs using fondant techniques
• Take inventory of baking and decorating supplies
• Clean and sanitize work areas and decorating equipment

Required Qualifications

• SSCE qualification
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a baker or cake decorator
• Residence in Abuja, preferably in the Apo Dutse or Lokogoma area

Essential Skills

• Excellent time management abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in fondant work and decorative techniques

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Availability for some Sundays and holidays is required.

Commitment

Candidates must be willing to work with the company long term.
