An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled Baker with hands-on experience in bread baking to support daily production and ensure quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake different types of bread daily - Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes - Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area - Operate and care for baking equipment. Requirements: - Minimum of NCE / OND - Proven experience in bread baking (mandatory) - Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety - Ability to work early mornings and meet production timelines - Must reside around Lekki / Ajah Axis.
