## Title: B2B Sales Specialist

Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lekki, Lagos, with remote work from home arrangements available. The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct presentations to potential corporate clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Manage the complete sales cycle with corporate clients
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
  • Work toward and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Improve customer satisfaction across all accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience selling HMO products, HR software, and payroll products to HR managers and decision makers
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the finance or lending industry
