## Title: B2B SaaS Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and high-performing B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and understand industry trends
- Set up meetings with potential clients and prepare product presentations and proposals
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to both new and existing clients
- Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to stakeholders
- Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry trade shows to promote products locally and internationally
- Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising/Promotions, or Communication
