About the Role

An auto workshop company located in Ikeja is seeking a Workshop Engineer to join the team. You will perform a range of duties and responsibilities that may vary day to day depending on your assigned tasks, including routine maintenance, specialized repairs, and vehicle diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance work and specialized repairs on vehicles and machinery
• Assess vehicles and machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues
• Liaise with clients to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicular defects or problems
• Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues identified
• Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in safe and usable condition at all times
• Adhere to company work safety policies

Requirements

• Minimum OND in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Male, not more than 30 years old
• Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, or Berger axis
