About the Role

George Houston Resources Limited is recruiting an Insurance Unit Manager to lead and develop our insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the Unit's business goals through quality recruitment and training of Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents or advisors
• Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed unit targets
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Assist clients with policy management, claims, and issue resolution
• Ensure the team adheres to all company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Insurance or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
