About the Role

LD&D Consulting is seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager to drive product strategy, feature design, and end-to-end execution across digital platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, ensuring products are both innovative and scalable. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and execute product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
• Perform market and user research to identify new opportunities and guide product decisions
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and optimize for continuous improvement
• Support the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within the tech industry
• Strong creative and UI/UX abilities, with an eye for product usability
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Proficiency in AI-based tools and modern productivity software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly
