Associate at Africa Law Practice (ALP)

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate at ALP NG & Co, located in Banana Island, Nigeria. - The Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support, drafting contracts and legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients. - The role will involve analyzing complex legal and regulatory matters, maintaining client relationships, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver innovative, solution-driven services. - The ideal candidate will uphold the firm’s values and contribute to the development of its mission. Qualifications - Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and client advisory - Strong understanding of commercial, corporate, and regulatory law - Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail - Experience with African or international legal systems is advantageous - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and Call to Bar qualification - Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or relevant certifications is a plus Check how your CV aligns with this job
