## Title: Assistant Warehouse Head
Position Overview
Goldline Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Warehouse Head. You will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Your goal will be to maintain a safe, productive, and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular audits
- Ensure accurate labelling, storage, and rotation of goods
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise and coordinate the shipment, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures
Team Management
- Assist in leading and developing a team of warehouse staff
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet productivity and quality standards
Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions
Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in generating reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and productivity
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Ability to easily commute to Ago Palace Way, Lagos
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
