## Title: Assistant Training Manager

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Assistant Training Manager will support the Training Manager in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs for security personnel. The role ensures that all staff are well-equipped with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism required to meet operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing training programs for security personnel, supervisors, and operational staff
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses on security operations, emergency response, and professional conduct
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance to ensure learning objectives are achieved
  • Work with Operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and staff development progress

Requirements & Qualifications

  • HND/BSc in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in training, coaching, or personnel development, preferably in the security industry
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, SOPs, and emergency response procedures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute training programs effectively
  • Professional, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of security service
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for training management is an advantage
