## Title: Assistant Manager – Brand & Business Development (Livestock)
About the Role
Hawaa Farms is seeking an Assistant Manager – Brand & Business Development to support the growth of the farm's livestock business. This role will work closely with farm leadership to drive sales, partnerships, and brand visibility, while helping to build strong relationships with restaurants, caterers, hotels, and bulk buyers.
Location
Ogun State (with travel across Lagos, Ogun & Oyo)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of sales and business development strategies
- Assist in managing key customer and offtaker relationships
- Help build and strengthen the Hawaa Farms brand across target markets
- Identify new sales opportunities and market channels
- Track basic sales performance and customer feedback
- Coordinate with farm operations to align supply with demand
Requirements
- Degree or relevant experience in Business Development, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in sales, brand, or business development (agribusiness or FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales and food supply chains
