## Title: Assistant Head of Sales

About the Role

Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited is seeking a qualified Assistant Head of Sales to support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth and strengthening our market position. You will play a key role in executing our sales strategy and establishing Chateau Royal as Nigeria's premier real estate company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate strategic sales growth plans and revenue stream initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Sales to maximize company income and achieve organizational objectives
  • Promote and institutionalize Chateau Royal's positioning as the premier real estate company in Nigeria, ensuring the brand achieves top-of-mind recognition in the industry
  • Develop branding, packaging, and messaging strategies for real estate products and services to build market awareness and establish market-leading positioning
  • Identify target markets and audiences, maximize market exposure, and implement compelling buy-pull strategies to generate demand for all company real estate products and construction services
  • Oversee product definition, differentiation, market segmentation, and positioning activities
  • Develop and coordinate marketing and communications strategies across multiple channels including social media, television, search engine marketing, telesales, email marketing, direct mail, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Manage company websites to effectively market and sell real estate products
  • Prepare sales and marketing budgets and drive performance to achieve sales targets
  • Control marketing and selling expenses to maintain approved budgets and achieve company margin and earnings objectives
  • Identify and conceive new products and services; liaise with Consulting and Construction Divisions to define, refine, and adapt products for target audiences based on identified market needs and demand
  • Provide support, motivation, and direction to the sales team
