## Title: Assistant Head of Sales

About the Role

Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited is seeking an Assistant Head of Sales to support the strategic growth and revenue development of the organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to establishing Chateau Royal as a premier real estate company in Nigeria while driving sales performance across all company products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate strategic sales growth plans and revenue stream initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Sales to maximize income and achieve company objectives
  • Promote and institutionalize Chateau Royal's positioning as the premier real estate company in Nigeria, establishing the Chateau Royal brand as a top-of-mind brand in the industry and generating demand for all company real estate products and construction services
  • Develop branding, packaging, and messaging strategies for real estate products and services to build brand awareness and ensure market-leading positioning
  • Identify target markets and audiences, analyze commercial potential, and maximize exposure through compelling buy-pull strategies
  • Oversee product definition, product differentiation, market segmentation, and positioning
  • Develop marketing and communications strategies and coordinate implementation across multiple channels, including social media marketing, television, search engine marketing, telesales, email marketing, direct mail, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Manage the company's websites to effectively market and sell all real estate products
  • Prepare sales and marketing budgets and drive performance to achieve sales targets
  • Control marketing and selling expenses to maintain approved budgets and realize company margins and earnings objectives
  • Identify and develop products and services for market introduction or adaptation, liaising with the Consulting and Construction Divisions to define and refine offerings for target audiences
  • Provide support, motivation, and direction to the sales team
