Position Overview:
- We are seeking a well-experienced and results-driven Assistant Head of Sales to join our Sales Department.
- The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in driving business growth, managing the sales team, and achieving company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Support and supervise the sales team to meet set targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a finance or related industry (Female.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
