Assistant Chef

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Chef that canprepare authentic Nigerian and Indian foods when needed.  Key Responsibilities: - Assist and Prepare, cook, and present traditional Nigerian and Indian dishes with authentic flavors whenever needed - Assist and develop and innovate new recipes while maintaining the authenticity . - Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. - Assist and manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. - Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction. - Keep abreast of culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu as appropriate.
