Asset Disposal Lead (Interim/ Contract)

Key Responsibilities: - Assess the disposal readiness of all nominated assets. - Segment assets into sell-fast, prepare-then-sell, and hold/restructure categories. - Eliminate non-credible buyers, agents, and intermediaries early. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in any relevant or related field - Minimum of 15 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, real assets, infrastructure, or special situations. - Demonstrable track record of closing Nigerian transactions end-to-end. - Experience handling complex or legacy assets in challenging market conditions. - Strong negotiation capability and commercial judgment.
