An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client goals and overseeing creative project strategy from conception to completion. With knowledge of emerging technologies, you will create cross-channel deliverables that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate clear ideas and concepts in collaboration with other creative team members
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience requirements
• Manage and supervise multiple projects within the agency
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Present completed ideas to clients and team members
• Stay current with all trends and maintain best practices in design, video, and content production
• Integrate technical and visual solutions into creative concepts
• Understand trends within the scope of each client's industry
• Review and ensure output is visually appealing, functionally sound, and on-brand
• Evaluate creative performance and guide improvements where instructed
• Offer fresh, interesting creative ideas to clients
• Manage multiple projects with the ability to switch between them seamlessly
• Meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints
• Demonstrate clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them
• Participate actively in brainstorming meetings and drive creative sessions
• Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging across projects
• Lead presentations and effectively communicate creative vision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications or related field
• At least 4 years of digital and print design or advertising experience
• Strong conceptual, graphic design, typography, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast
