ART Clinician/Site Coordinator at AIDS Healthcare Foundation

Job Summary

The ART Clinician/Site Coordinator oversees ART, PMTCT, retention, and prevention services of the program at the state and facility level. This role provides mentorship and hands-on clinical support to facility healthcare workers while ensuring quality, evidence-based service delivery.

Reports To

Senior Regional Medical Manager/State Clinical Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the provision of quality, evidence-based ART, PMTCT, prevention, and TB services in close coordination with facility healthcare workers
• Provide mentorship and hands-on clinical guidance to facility healthcare workers
• Coordinate monthly patient care team meetings and other relevant meetings
• Manage program finances efficiently and provide complete, timely, and accurate reports
• Implement and oversee continuous quality assurance and improvement programs at the site level
• Supervise staff at the state and facility levels
• Ensure strict adherence to all disseminated protocols by site staff
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
• Implement operational research protocols to answer important questions within treatment and prevention programs
• Oversee data capture, handling, and use at the state and facility levels
• Perform other duties as designated by supervisor

Education and Experience

• University degree in Medicine
• Current practicing medical license
• Minimum two years' experience in HIV treatment programs
• Minimum one year's experience in program management
• Experience with operational research and evidence-based healthcare is an added advantage

• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in computer operations: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
