About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. The Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales In-Charge (ASM/TSI) will be responsible for driving primary sales within the assigned territory. This role requires managing distributor relationships, guiding sales executives, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. The ASM/TSI will also collect, analyze, and report market data to support informed decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve designated primary sales targets by product variant and SKU
- Set clear sales quotas for sales executives, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met
- Strengthen distributor relationships and ensure their business requirements are addressed
- Improve brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory to drive market penetration
- Monitor competitor activities and develop proactive strategies to stay ahead
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance and market analysis reports to the Business Development Manager
- Execute company-wide sales strategies while developing territory-specific innovative tactics to achieve growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and customer insights
- Foster and maintain positive, long-term distributor and client relationships

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred)
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
