## Title: Area Sales Manager – Power Division

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in assigned territories
  • Manage and motivate the regional sales team to meet performance objectives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities in the region
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in the power sector, preferably in inverter, battery, or solar product sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep market knowledge of the power products industry
