Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals, expand market share, and enhance brand recognition in the assigned area
- Monitor and manage distributor sales performance, stock levels, and order cycles
- Drive both primary (distributor) and secondary (retail) sales within the coverage area
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand numeric distribution in target locations
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility in key channels — open markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, and modern trade
- Strengthen distribution structure by developing capable sub-distributors and retail partnerships
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and Territory Sales Managers
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion
- Understand customer needs and stay informed of market dynamics
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers
- Ensure long-term business partnerships and consistent product availability
