A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement area sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Team Management - Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives within the assigned region. - Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews. - Facilitate training and onboarding of new sales staff. Customer Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key retailers. - Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory. Distribution & Market Coverage - Ensure adequate product availability and visibility across all outlets. - Oversee route-to-market plans and optimize distribution efficiency. - Monitor and manage stock levels, returns, and shelf-life compliance. Reporting & Analysis - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market intelligence, and team activities. - Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, outlet coverage, and collection efficiency. - Recommend improvements to boost productivity and market penetration Check how your CV aligns with this job
