## Title: Area Sales Manager – FMCG

Job Summary

Blume Nigeria Limited is recruiting experienced and high-performing Area Sales Managers with a strong background in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a solid history of driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, and executing winning go-to-market strategies across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance in line with assigned targets, including volume, distribution, and product visibility
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that support the company's overall business goals
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales representatives, distributors, and channel partners across the region
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and industry movements
  • Ensure strong merchandising standards, brand visibility initiatives, and improved market penetration
  • Generate periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with major customers, trade partners, and institutional clients
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and other internal departments to ensure product availability and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG category
  • Strong knowledge of trade channels including Modern Trade, General Trade, and HORECA
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated competence in achieving sales targets and managing regional operations
  • Target-driven, proactive, and willing to undertake extensive travel

Compensation

N250,000 – N400,000 per month (open to negotiation)
