We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Position Overview:
- Pharma Ethics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across the East and West regions.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and mentor Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) within the assigned region
- Implement and execute territory business plans that align with overall sales objectives
- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor market trends and provide timely feedback on competitor activities
- Conduct regular field visits, team training, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein pharmaceutical sales
- Strong background inteam management and sales performance tracking
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to drive team performance across multiple territories.
