A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - The Area Sales Manager (3-Wheeler) is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing dealer networks within the assigned territory. - The role focuses on achieving volume targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and executing sales strategies for 3-wheeler vehicles in line with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve monthly and annual 3-wheeler sales targets. - Manage, appoint, and support dealers and sub-dealers within the assigned region. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. - Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and branding across dealerships. - Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance, stock levels, and collections. - Drive retail sales through local promotions, road shows, demos, and customer engagement activities. - Coordinate with finance partners to support vehicle financing and credit sales. - Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies. - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. - Train dealer sales staff on product features, pricing, and sales techniques. - Resolve customer and dealer issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Requirements: & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3–6 years of sales experience, with proven experience in 3-wheeler sales (automobile or commercial vehicles). - Strong understanding of the 3-wheeler market, dealer operations, and financing models. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. - Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
