Key Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the area, including prospecting and networking. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships. - Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields. - 5+ years of sales experience. - Certification in sales or marketing (e.g. CSP, CSM). - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team. Salary N400,000 monthly.
