- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Effective leadership skills
- Ability to ride a motorcycle/bike
- Valid rider's license and permit
- Ability to handle multiple projects, assignments, and duties simultaneously
- Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations and respond appropriately
