Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Customer Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven track record in customer success, sales management, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Managers
- Drive team performance to achieve 80%+ customer retention across the assigned territory
- Monitor performance dashboards, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions when retention targets are not being met
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to ensure Account Managers deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or customer account management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven success in driving customer retention and achieving sales goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly net salary: ₦200,000 - ₦250,000
- Performance-based incentives
