About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring projects to life
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
• Supervise construction progress and provide technical guidance
• Incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions into designs

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Professional certification: COREN/ARCON registration is an added advantage

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
