Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role located in VI, Lagos. - The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. - Key responsibilities include creating architectural designs and plans, coordinating projects, ensuring integration of design and construction elements, and overseeing project timelines. - Collaboration with clients, engineers, and construction teams to achieve high-quality results is a vital aspect of this role. Required Qualifications: - Munimun of 5 years - Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and building aesthetics. - Candidate MUST be ARCON and NIA Certified. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. - Proficiency in project management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of integration processes and familiarity with software development concepts as related to architecture projects. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying ideas and designs to clients and stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving capability. - Understanding of building codes, laws, and regulations affecting architectural design and construction.
