Architect

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university (Master’s Degree or relevant certifications is an added advantage). - Minimum of 3–5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design, construction documentation, and site supervision. - Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D rendering tools. - Sound knowledge of Nigerian Building Codes, construction regulations, and industry best practices. - Ability to prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation. - Excellent problem-solving, design-thinking, and creative innovation skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, builders, and the project team. - Membership or registration with ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) or NIA (Nigerian Institute of Architects) is an added advantage.
