Qualifications & Background

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience at a progressive and/or international school
• Current international qualification/certification in Mathematics teaching
• Experience working in a school that serves as a community hub

Required Knowledge

• Child development (social, emotional, physical, and intellectual)
• Understanding by Design (UbD) or backwards design methodology
• Standards-based assessment and reporting
• High-impact, research-based instructional strategies
• Classroom management and positive discipline practices
• Child protection and safeguarding practices
• Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)

Skills & Aptitudes

• Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills
• Strong IT skills and ability to use technology applications that enhance learning and communication
