Job Summary

The AI & Machine Learning Specialist will design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that solve development challenges responsibly and at scale. The role will focus on applying advanced machine learning techniques across sectors such as health, education, governance, and climate change, with a strong emphasis on ethical AI and data integrity.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Master's degree or equivalent research experience in AI/ML preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML solution design and deployment
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Experience applying AI in socially impactful fields (health, education, climate, governance)
• Strong understanding of data integrity, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
