Agriculture Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - The Agriculture Supervisor will coordinate farming activities, supervise field staff, implement modern farming practices, and ensure high productivity and quality in line with the resort’s standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day farm activities - Oversee planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops - Supervise and train agricultural staff - Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment and facilities - Monitor crop health and recommend measures to prevent pests and diseases - Maintain accurate records of farm operations and production - Implement sustainable and modern farming practices. Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field - Proven experience in farm management or agriculture supervision - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Knowledge of modern agricultural techniques - Ability to manage a team and work outdoors in a farm environment.
