## Title: After Sales Support Executive

Job Overview

The After Sales Support Executive will support service operations by managing workshop schedules, service documentation, warranty claims, and customer communication. This role ensures efficiency in after-sales service delivery and contributes directly to customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service bookings, workshop schedules, and customer appointments
  • Prepare job cards, invoices, and service documentation
  • Monitor service progress and keep customers informed
  • Process warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers on technical approvals
  • Maintain accurate records of service history and repairs
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of spare parts
  • Assist the Service Manager in reporting, customer feedback, and process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in service administration or customer service (automotive industry experience is advantageous)
  • Strong computer literacy (ERP/Dealer Management Systems preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
